Duties:
• Reliability engineering
o Develop & report the Plant / Equipment reliability figures & trends with relevant history.
o Develop a Bad Actor report including both Alarms and plant failure bad actors.
o Identify failures that should be subject to "Root Cause Failure analysis - RCFA"
o Develop the Asset Integrity’s leading “Key Performance Indicators - KPI's
o Practically apply the ELNG approved “Management of Change – MOC” procedure.
o Collect and report all plant problems solutions proposed by Technical Services department and to be validated and demonstrated to the plant Technical Committee.

o Hot tapping tie-in.
o Flange blinds calculations.
• Rotating machinery engineering and maintenance:
o Change of 4 dry gas seals and replace of tertiary seal with abredable seal.

o Permit to work PTW System. o JSA- Job safety analysis.
o Process Safety Review Technique. o Safety Integrity Level – SIL.
o RCM – Reliability centered maintenance. o Hazop techniques.
o Asset integrity and Planning and scheduling.

Designer of material handling systems.
Duties:
• Design of electro-mechanical systems that clean, wax and categorize fruits and vegetables based on weight, color and volume.
• Design of material handling systems (conveyors).
• Supervising summer training for undergraduates.
Achievements:
• Development of an electromechanical lubrication system for over-head conveyor.
• Development of a new break system for mobile conveyors.
