Duties:
• Reliability engineering
o Develop & report the Plant / Equipment reliability figures & trends with relevant history.
o Develop a Bad Actor report including both Alarms and plant failure bad actors.
o Identify failures that should be subject to "Root Cause Failure analysis - RCFA"
o Develop the Asset Integrity’s leading “Key Performance Indicators - KPI's
o Practically apply the ELNG approved “Management of Change – MOC” procedure.
o Collect and report all plant problems solutions proposed by Technical Services department and to be validated and demonstrated to the plant Technical Committee.
• Static equipment engineering:
o Industrial hoses selection
o Hot tapping tie-in.
o Flange blinds calculations.
• Rotating machinery engineering and maintenance:
o Change of 4 dry gas seals and replace of tertiary seal with abredable seal.
