Cost controller for will operation projects ( at Ieoc Marine Base as follow ) :
• Managing the contracts with our vendors.
• Creating a call-off both on SAP and in hard copy.
• Check the rendering of services and the delivery of goods in quantity/quality.
• Creating Service entry sheet or goods receipt slip on SAP after the invoice is received and the service/goods is rendered/ delivered.
• Preparing Ieoc P.S. Marine Base Accrual up to the end of the year
• Reallocate the offshore costs which are managed by IEOC Marine Base and shared with affiliates
• Administrative tasks as instructed by Marine Base Manager (e.g. issuing various statistic censuses pertaining to Marine Base Activities)

Material Specialist & Jetty Supervisor

• Daily morning planning with the base manager for all operations, activities and setup all priorities also indicating and setup the urgency for the supply vessels movements and shipment.
• Responsible to follow up incoming & outgoing materials from & to our rigs.
• Daily monitor stores inventory and make sure of the availability of the materials in accordance with expected requests.
• Follow up Daily requests of material from the rigs with service companies.
• Follow up all shipping activity (load & back load) of material on our supply vessels.
• Checking all Service partners’ equipment properly documented for delivery and lifting Equipment correctly certified.
• Checking all Equipment certification of inbound lifting Equipment in compliance.
• Supervision on pumping bulk & mud to supply vessels for the rigs.
• Responsible for inventory records accuracy for Materials and Equipment (both company and Service partner).
• Primary contact with Rig regarding Shore Base warehouse inventory and Equipment utilization.
• All Service/Delivery Tickets and Well documentation reflect correct accounting and contract information.
• Communicating long lead Material, Equipment, and Personnel plans to Service partners and logistics coordinators
• Coordinating load and back load to/from vessels of all Equipment and bulk Materials.
• Daily Review with the Rig Site time line projections to ensure Materials and Personnel available in timely manner.
• Assist where possible to prepare and process monthly Reports.
