I have been working in the oil industry for the past 13 years starting as a motorman and working my way up to a chief mechanic position
During these years I have been exposed to all kinds of challenges in the oilfield in respect to the job in matter of delivering quality workmanship within the specified time or even working in the challenging mode especially when DOWNTIME
I have worked with most nationalities and in most of the globe including Middle East namely Sarjah and Oman and am a good team player

Supervise all activities, coordinate & participate in the preventive, corrective and troubleshooting mechanical maintenance activities of various equipment, identify and isolate equipment troubleshoot faulty components on rotating equipment, and Compressor using manufacturers manuals, drawings and diagrams.
To direct & participate in performing Condition Monitoring of Rotating equipment & advice on the maintenance schedule based on the analysis & update the equipment data, history & Maintain records in the system. Organize the safe consignment of parts removed from the main equipment for refurbishment & to inspect the refurbished material
To evaluate equipment performance problems and to suggest modification / available new technology to reduce overall maintenance cost and labor hours also interface and coordinate with other sections in sorting out equipment problems and maintenance activities & participate in budget preparation and cost control.
To comply with Health, Safety, Environment Management System and promote awareness of its use among the staff conducting Toolbox meetings with subordinates for discussing safety methods of completing job tasks. Provide on Job Training to meet Competency Based Training
