• Ensures that all the orders/ billings are placed in a timely manner.
• Manages all billing discrepancies, invoice verification and processing.
• Ensures that all the orders received are updated in a timeline manner into a central database.
• Receives and processes requests for office supplies and equipment.
• Manage the procurement of foreign and local spares for both stock and non-stock items as well as the procurement of services for plant jobs within the site during continuous operations.
• Supervise the verification of customs and brokerage charges for all foreign shipments. Consolidation of purchase orders to a single shipment and prorate charges for individual line items per purchase order
• Develop and establish all necessary contracts and to ensure goods and services are provided to end users in a timely and efficient manner. Implement leading edge contract administration practices to support information flow and payment to contractors and vendors
• Develop and ensure compliance with procurement and contract procedures and provide timely management reporting
• Ensure excellence in relationship building between my Co., vendors, and contractors
• Mange all the General services and construction works complied with the Co. policy and HSE required.
• Mange the monthly supply chain reports and the scorecard
• Making the Quarterly vendors KPI's
• Develop new and unique ways to improve procurement and contract operations.
