Maintenance of Oil & Gas Equipments

plan the job, prepare PTW & execute all jobs as per PDO standard. Make sure all jobs to be carried out under PDO PTW system & HSE targets.

• Plan to carry out preventive/corrective maintenance/Inspection job for Rotating & Static equipments as per PDO Optimization plans, oil Producing Pumps & their controls (SCADA) such as Beam pumps, ESP, Screw pump (PCP) including sub station/Utilities/Process Plant equipments, Diesel generator set & compressors.

• Plan & execute repairing job / Yearly maintenance job, replacing of field valves.
• Plan, execute & co-ordinate shutdowns for production stations, Gathering stations
• Plan & execute activities engineering activities for new static & rotating equipments in various stations for installation / testing & commissioning.

Beam Pump maintenance: Replacing Wrist pins, Saddle & Equalizer Bearings, Changing stroke length, Counter weight Balancing, Changing of Beam Pump, Well head integrity test, PM services, Replacement & installation of (36,42,30) wire rope, Replacement of V-belts(225,240,270), Repacking of stuffing box of Chevron, Ratigon.

Amps cot-1280, 912,640. 2) American 1280, 912,640. 3) Lufkin-1280, 912, 640. 4) Chaina 1280, 912, 640.

NIMR Production station: 1) Maintenance of Reciprocating, Screw & centrifugal Pumps. 2) PVV, PCV & Relief valve calibration & replacement. Replacement of Plate & Frame & Shell & tube Heat exchangers. Screw type Instrument air Compressor

Al Noor Production Station; High pressure, high temperature & high H2S (4to 5%) area. Maintenance of Reciprocating compressors, special Roto jet Pump
