LNG plant supervisor/trainer-specialize in Simulator training

-To take charge the commissioning and start up shift team of PLNG. -To provide On Job Training of LNG plant operator and also provide Operation Simulator training to Panel operator.

- Manage a shift of Operations department in line with statutory requirement; which includes manpower for 3 LNG processing plants, 2 utilities plants and LNG/LPG storage and loading facilities at Terminal.
- Plan and manage day-to-day plant production and maintenance activities.
- Evaluate integrated plant performance, efficiency; and advise on operating changes to achieve optimal operations of uninterrupted supply of on-spec products to customers, while maintaining high HSE standards during the shift.
- Analyze and advise solutions to resolve process/plant upsets and equipment failure in order to minimize off-spec products or downtime of process units.
- Monitor all shift works are carried out in accordance with the Operations Manual, Procedures, and Instructions.
- Approving Authority of Permit to Work (Hazard and Fire Perrmit)
- Manage the effective application of the shift staff development and competency assurance programs.
- Performing the role of Operation Controller during plant emergency.
- Responsible to review commissioning procedure
- To develop and revise Operation Procedure Guide and Operation Standing Instruction Guide for PLNG plant
- To plan and organize pre-punch and walk down for ready for commissioning acceptance.
- To set up Training Master File for classroom training, OJT, job progression path, assessment system and training guide for a complete and systematic job progression for PLNG national operator.
- To conduct operation class room training to PLNG national operators
- To set up an assessment system for Peru operator career progression.
- As a resource person to conduct Operation Simulator Training to PLNG Expat panel operator prior starting up PLNG plant.
- To advice and guide panel operator for PLNG plant pre-commissioning activities, cooling down LNG storage tanks, LNG loading line and successfully start up PLNG plant and load the first LNG shipment.
