Aug 1997: Attended Pre-commissioning, commissioning and startup of a new polyethylene plant based on UCC principle which consists of two reactors control by DCS one high density and the other is linear low density and two compounding lines.
1998-2000: Worked as out side operator in degassing and compounding area to do the following activities:
• Running and supervision of twin extruder and auxiliaries system (lube and seal oil systems, hydraulic system, HP-heating steam, water cooling system, pellets water circulation system).
• Running and supervision of pellets treatment systems (centrifugal dryer, pellets classifier).
• Supervision of product quality (pellet uniformity) and additives dosing systems (direct additives such as anti-Oxidants, UV stabilizer, lubricants) and ready Master batch.
• Routine duties taking parameters, sampling, housekeeping, such as:
2000- Aug 2009:
Holding a position as panel operator in degassing and compounding area doing the following activities monitoring, adjusting and controlling of all parameters of degassing and compounding area monitoring the specification of product to adjust if necessary.

Schlumberger: : Laboratory technician in well service segment , comply with Schlumberger QHSW standards and certifications

1992-1995: Obtained the Petroleum Industry Diploma From Libyan Petroleum Institute.
2003-2007: Obtained the High Diploma Certificate in Chemical Engineering Technology from the Higher Center for Mechanical professions – Janzour – Libya.
December 2007: Participate in the preparation of research paper with D. Salem Bin Shebl under the title of: Evaluation of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Production Plant.
