(Multinational company its core focus is to provide the industry with the highest quality oilfield products and services with over 200 worldwide manufacturing and services center locations), I’m one of whom participated in the establishment of Egypt office which supports Egypt and North Africa, I have a very good experience in the sales and distribution of the drilling and production equipment as well as its spare parts and the other supportive material also was assigned for the following:


• Handling all the operations tasks through SAP system from receiving the request for quotation till the delivery of materials to customer.
• Supporting the marketing activates during conferences and other marketing events.
• Maintain and develop a computerized customer and prospect database.
• Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by mails, telephone, and personal visits.
• Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned and individual account support, and liaise with internal order-processing staff.
• Define the customer needs and made a suitable plan.
• Deals with foreigners & Egyptians managers with all mentalities on products and produce promotions to keep dealing.
• Preparing and analyzing forecasts of future performance.
• To deal directly with the customers inside Egypt, Libya & vendors worldwide.
• Follow up with all team in company.
• Gain good relations with the decision makers for the most petroleum companies such as (Transocean, Petrodara, ECDC, Sinotharwa, Dasco…etc).
• Be aware of all Inco terms & shipping instructions.
• Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
