„Ï Preparation of test solutions, standard solutions and their standardization.
„Ï Development of new formulations/ modification and correction of previously developed formulations as and when required.
„Ï Inventory Management.
„Ï Calibration of Lab Equipments.
„Ï Calibration of Thermometers and Hydrometers.
„Ï Preparation and revision of products and materials specification..
„Ï Preparation of equipment audits sheets.
„Ï Metal Analysis in petroleum products by Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy.
„Ï Flash point Fire Point determination of lube oil on COC, Seta or PMCC instrument.
„Ï Kinematics viscosity measurement of lube oil at different temperature especially at 40¢XC and 100¢XC.
„Ï Analysis of Crackle on Lube oil.
„Ï Determination of Density of Lube oil by Digital Density Meter as well as by Hydrometers.
„Ï Determination of total acid number (TAN) of oil.
„Ï Determination of total base number (TBN) of oil.
„Ï Determination of Phosphorus Content in oil by FTIR.
„Ï Determination of Color of lube oil by colorimeter.
„Ï Analysis of foaming tendency Charachterstics and Water Separatibility tendency.
„Ï Determination of Pour Point, Cloud Point and Freezing Point on Pour Point Bath.
„Ï Analysis of Blotter Spotter by Blotter Spotter paper. (Specially For Used Oil Analysis).
„Ï Analysis and identification of petroleum additives by FTIR.
„Ï Determination of Air Release Value.
„Ï ISO Documentation and retention of tested samples as per SOPs and Work Instruction.
„Ï Documentation work including In-service Oil and finished Products (Laboratory Analysis Report and Sample Test and
Analysis Report).
„Ï Development of work permit, work plan and safety guidelines for outside contractors.
„Ï Technical support to customers and sales staff including problem solving & troubleshooting.
