DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Integrated Management System (IMS) establishing, implementing and veryfying through audits.
• Preparing Project Quality Plans, Inspection and Test Plan {I.T.P.} Quality Control Procedures {Q.C.P.} and Method Statements of works, submitting and obtaining approval from Clients and Engineers.
• Inspection off all works as per approved Drawings, Specifications, and Standards {British, American and Company Standards like Armco, Q.P., ADNOC, standards etc.} and obtain approval from Clients, Engineers/ Third party inspectors for preceding the works.
• Checking and approving all tests and reviewing test reports for materials, specimens of concrete, asphalt etc.
• Co- ordinate between Engineers, Main Contractor, and Company/ Third party inspectors.
• Keeping a well oriented filing system for the trace ability of Q.A /Q.C. documents as per ISO 9001:2008 requirements.
• Preparing all documents of works {signed by Engineers, Company rep.} and preparing M.C.C. {Mechanical Completion Certificate.}.
