Presently I am working as a PRODUCTION OPERATOR (Panel operator) at Manzalai Central Processing Facilities Plant from Aug, 2009 to Till Date.
PLANT DESCRIPTION
I have participated in the Errection, and Commissioning activities of Manzali Gas Central Processing Facilities have 02 Gas processing trains of 300MMscfd & Condensate Stablization of 6000BPD with following features;
Operating System, DCS Yokogawa centum 3000
Communication of Wells instrumentation through SCADA
Gas manifolds and gathering stations
Three Phase Separator (Slug Catcher)
TEG Dehydration
HCDP (Hydrocarbon Dew point Control Unit) with JT Valve
Sale Gas & Flash Gas Booster PD Compressor Unit
Condensate Stabilization Unit
Condensate Storage Tank
Condensate Loading Area
Close Drain system
Heat Medium (Hot oil) System
Nitrogen Generation Unit (PSA)
Responsibilities:
Start up /Shut down / Trouble shooting /Emergency handling of plant.
Monitoring, Controlling & Trouble Shooting of Well
Process optimization
Coordination with operational staff about plant operation job handing over/ taking over
Verification of DCS parameter with local instrumentation
Manage Condensate storage Tanks
To check, log and control plant parameters.
Reporting Plant status or any abnormalities to Shift In-charge
Participates in all maintenance and inspection activities.
Prepares equipment for required job and place back on line upon completion. Includes de pressurizing/pressurizing, purging, isolating and releasing/ receiving equipment.
Follow standard safety procedure, work order & work permit policies
