About 2 years: work as Operation Site Drilling Engineer / Coil tubing Supervisor in Gupco Company (Gulf Of Suez and West Desert fields).
responsibilities: Lead Rigless operation using Coil Tubing. Lead drill site night operations. Ensure compliance with the Company HSE policy. Optimize operational performance, well integrity. resolve operational problems.provide clear HSE leadership and direction with respect to the day-to-day operational activities. Ensure that all well-site operations are performed in a safe, environmentally friendly and cost effective manner. Maintain an accurate inventory at the well-site of all Company and Contractor equipment and consumable materials. Manage the day-to-day operations associated with the well, including planning and scheduling, resource allocation, cost control and the clear and concise reporting of all well site activities and events. Deliver high quality, cost-effective wells according to the approved well programs and resolve operational problems as they arise. Evaluate the effectiveness of the drilling and related services contracts. Perform safety auditing periodically

responsibilities: Plan wells following 'Well Delivery Process' through Appraise, Select, Define, Execute, and Review stages.
Provide initial well timelines for planning purposes, drilling time curves, and initial cost estimates. Updating and monitoring of performance. Acquire planning data from geology, reservoir engineering or geophysics as necessary. Carry out offset well data analysis. Design drilling programs. Generate AFE for programs. Recommend means of avoiding drilling problems. Perform effective presentations for drilling managers and key personnel to overview planning results. Ensuring all required reports on well program implementation are accurate. Liaise with the Drilling Supervisors and all Contractors on the rig. Follow up Rig activities: Directional performance, Cost tracking. Updating Time-Depth and Cost-Depth performance curves. Torque and drag curves. hole cleaning status. Updating strip log with all drilling data. Updating data bases and key learning. Ensure drilling activities are reported correctly. Provide logistics support to the Rig. Perform End of Well reports.
