- Established and launched APS; company that offers local regulatory compliance, set-up advice and payroll outsourcing services to foreign corporations in the engineering, administrative and security sector,
- Turnover of US1.5 million for the 1st year
- Overall responsibility for business development, marketing development and office operations in Afghanistan
- Liaise with Ministry of Labour, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Interior, AISA (Agency of Investment Support of Afghanistan); build up relationships with the key players in those ministries
- Establish short, medium and long-term business objectives
- Analyse and appraises the effectiveness of all operations to ensure that established objectives are met
- Responsible for the completion of RFP, RFT and RFQ for USAID and other donor-funded bids
- Write drafts of contracts or agreements
- Lead team and conduct recruitment, performance management and employee interviews as appropriate

Business Development Coordinator, Asia-Pacific at Mauve Corporate Systems – April 2007/April 2009 – Thailand
- Head of Asia-Pacific business development for company that assists foreign corporations operating in the region on a project basis with immigration and payroll services
- Set up and supervise new offices within the APAC region; recruit and train local office managers
- Produce proposals tailored to the client's needs
- Intervene in emergency immigration situations, including personally advocating, with the administrations and ministries involved, for new clients that have been denied exit from an Asia-Pacific country

- Supervise international team of 5 account managers covering the Japanese, French, Belgium, Swiss, Northern African and Canadian territories
- Liaise with the factory and clients as necessary to support account managers
