• Daily job planning, preparation of failure reports. Coordination with planning to carryout job efficiently and safely. Conducting safety talks. Coordination with other sections.

• Bailey DCS system (INFI-90 and Harmony systems) maintenance and trouble shooting (MFP, HAC, smart I/O modules, I/O modules, communication modules, power supply systems etc) and assisting Automation section in function block diagram modifications (FBD).
• Bently Nevada vibration monitoring 3500 series maintenance and trouble shooting
• FMC flow computer with ultra sonic flow meter
• CCC Compressor surge control system Series-3++
• PLC maintenance, trouble shooting and ladder logic modifications ALLEN BRADLEY, SIEMENS, MODICON.
• Calibration, maintenance and trouble shooting of gas chromatograph --APPLIED AUTOMATION (SEIMENS)
• Motor operated valves Biffi, Rotork, Neuvopignone, Auma, maintenance and trouble shooting. Attending faults in the Rotork pakscan system
