Responsibilities:

• Preparing updated Tag list and Loop drawings
• Perform regular inspection on the healthiness of the system
• Carryout Engineering modifications and Graphic modifications
• Understand the customer requirement and provide necessary logic modification of the existing system
• Assist in Operator station installations in YOKOGAWA CS3000 DCS system
• Carry out Periodic activities and Shutdown activities on DCS systems
• Perform Tuning parameters saving
• Assist in the maintenance of latest customer backup.


Customer: COROMANDEL FERTILISERS LIMITED, Chennai

Duration: Feb 2009 – April 2009

Deputation Role: Site-In charge for Control Room Shifting

Responsibilities:

• Handle the Control Room Shifting of the Sulphuric Acid Plant
• Preparing the Tag list
• Provide guidance in the unwiring the DCS panels in the old control room.
• Supervising the cable layout, cable dressing, glanding and ferruling
• Assist technicians in the wiring of field cables in DCS Panel
• Assist in Loop Testing and checking of general healthiness of the system


Customer: CHEMFAB ALKALIES LIMITED, Pondicherry

Deputation Role: On-Call Support

Duration: Aug 2009 – till to date

Responsibilities:

• Carry out Engineering modifications
• Assist in Operator station installations in YOKOGAWA CS1000 DCS system
• Handle Emergency Visits during Engineering station failure, VL-NET failure and DCS card failure.
• Provide telephonic support when emergency
• Carry out Report Package modification on Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports.
• Carry out Trend creation
