•Payroll processing for over 6000 employees.
•Enroll newly hired candidates in the HR system, Analyse budget availability with Finance, Provide Employee Number and Communicate to Depts.
•Review & upload in HRMS system, overtimes, Deductions, allowance, employee leave record, process annual leave advance payments, check on hold and release salaries, airfare entitlements before closing the monthly payroll.
•Upload increments, employee change of status by position, Dept, pay and benefits as a result of annual appraisals and otherwise regular changes, before closing of monthly payroll.
•Process monthly payroll for over 6000 employees.
•Reconcile total payment of salaries with each bank reports before sending salary payments.
•Prepare monthly report on total miscellaneous allowances & Deductions.
•Monthly report on total head count, total new hires and terminations, prepare Turnover Report
