Finished Lubricant Movements

• Supervises and directs the movement of finished product to the packaging operations.
• Directs the movement of all tank truck in and out of the plant
• Yearly scheduling & Planning of Base oil upliftment from local refinery
• To supervise and operate, Safe Start-up and Shut- down of Blend Control Operation Unit
• Lubricants batch processing. Blend Control System (BCS) is based on SCADA system, using Siemen’s Digital Control Panel (PCS 07 SIMATIC OS)
• Trouble shooting of Siemen’s Digital Control Panel (PCS 07 SIMATIC OS)
• Production (batch blending) planning and implementation through coordination with respective departments

Base Oil Movements
• Supervises and directs the movement of base oils and additives into the facility from outside suppliers by barges, ships and tank trucks.
• Maintain inventory of base oil and bulk additive and drum additive.
• Monitoring, Scheduling, planning of bulk receipt via cargo.

HES
• Conducts a continuing safety program to maintain a safe work environment concerning operating rules, practices, facilities and equipment with guidance from Safety Compliance Specialist.
•Identifying Hazardous, Non-Hazardous. Emission source Point and Non- Point
• Training and on hand experience on safe work practice which include work at height, general work permit, confined space work




Maintenance
• Controlling the Operative Expensive (OPEX) via SAP-Plant Maintenance Module.
• Initiates and approves routine maintenance. Counsels and recommends on major maintenance problems, capital improvement proposals and modernizations projects.
• Identifies and resolves operating problems experienced to maintain a productive, safe work environment
• • Monitoring CAPEX and OPEX projects for terminal.
• Monitor and schedule Tank Maintenance program.
• Maintaining all rotator equipment in operative condition relating to tank farm area.
Stock Control
• Initiates and controls a thorough stock control program that readily identifies and reconciles any stock discrepancies.
• Assures that accurate and complete accounting of all product movement is provided to Stock Control Analyst.
• Analyses and reconcile stock control losses

Qualifications:

MSc. in Chemistry.(Analytical) Karachi University 1995
BSc. in Physics, Chem & Math. Karachi University 1992
HSSC (Pre-Engineering). Govt. College - Nazimabad 1988


Technical Qualification:

• Four Year Diploma of Associate Engineering, Mechanical Technology 1989-92
• Post Graduate Diploma: Management and Personal Administration 1992–93
• Specialized certified course: Well Site Inspection Technique: from WDI.- 2003
• Successfully completed two month internship program in Process Operation at National Refinery Limited Karachi (NRL) in a ‘Process Operations’
