A generalist end-to-end role by managing full range of HR activities for the Sales functions in the East Cairo region throughout the employment cycle, in a labor-intensive operation.
•Meet AOP East Cairo HC and people cost
•Maintain voluntary Turnover targets in East Cairo area for the sales function:
oLess than 8% in total org

oConduct exit interviews for all L6+

•Implement Organization Health Survey action plan as per Business Unit schedule
•Ensure 80% execution of East Cairo DC HR day calendar by Year end
•Sustain momentum on Explorer Program
•Increase functional knowledge on Sales function by:
oAttending Greater Cairo quarterly Sales meeting
oAttend Annual National sales meeting
•Manager Quality Ensure cascading Manager Quality to total East Cairo Sales
