Wells Engineer (Drilling, Completion and well intervention)

To be employed as a Wells Engineer or Geochemist in an International Oil company or oil services company

2008-Present: Worked in Shell China Exploration and Production Co., Ltd (SCEPCO).
Current Position is Graduate Well Site Engineer

Description of Current Job:
-Assist Drilling Supervisor to manmage the Rig Operations as per Drilling Programme.
-Plan and excute completion and well intervention activities: E-line, slickline, Coiled tubing and Frac operations.
-Management of the completion and well intervention operations.
-Tracking HSE performance and driving performance to low cost. Report daily operation summary to higher management.
-Manage contractors through established processes and supporting sustainable development activities

Achievement: Worked as supervisor for E-line, slickline, coiled tubing, well clean up and frac operations. Also had exposure for drilling and completion operations.

Training:
-Attended Shell Wells Enginner Specific Training Course (EP00 and W100) in Holland and Malaysia.
-Shell Wells Distance Learning Package, which covers all aspects of drilling,completion and well interventions knowledges.

2003-2008: Candidate for Ph.D degree in Geochemistry at the Institute of Geochemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Guiyang, China.
1999-2003: B.S. In Geology (Resources Exploration Engineering), Chengdu University of Technolgoy, Chengdu.

I'm an esay-going person.
The field work is tough, but the oil & Gas industry is interesting.
I like travelling and willing to obtain more experiences during my furture carrer.
Also, as a young engineer, I'm keen to do some job that can extend my experiences.
