Multi-Store Manager :
Job Summary: Leading operations within my area and maintains the Standard for our customers and Staffs. Managing the overall operation of the stores within my area. In particular, a majority of time is spent developing store management talent, overseeing the areas store management workforce, and ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality. Managing financial performance, safety and security within the area.
Duties and Responsibilities:
§ Works with store management to identify and utilize opportunities to increase sales.
§ Control staff costs and manage appropriate inventories.
§ Monitors daily, weekly and monthly/quarterly financial performance.
§ Ensures cash handling and banking is carried out in compliance with company policy and procedure.
§ Assist Operations Manager in review and preparation of budgets.

§ Supports in training, and develops staff to identify potential.
§ Manages operational staff issues and disciplinary matters.

§ Checks the quality of service and products.
§ Obtains and utilizes customer feedback and leads stores in identifying and executing improvements.
§ Ensures all store appearances and equipments are maintained to standard
§ Ensures stores comply with local regulations.
§ Assesses service / product quality, customer feedback, and compliance with all decides / recommends action.
§ Initiates action to maintain physical store standards
§ Selects most effective methods for communicating procedures to Staffs.
