To become Hse supervisor or Hse advisor in the oil and Gas industries

15 years in the Environment and Health Safety Environment (HSE) Management System. Became involved in Environment since 1997 and later Health and Safety in 2007. In 2008 decided to make HSE my field - Have the freedom to be involved with taking the HSE management systems and practiced it with several companies as Consultant. Took my Certified Safety Passport on March 2008 in Oman - and I am able to implement a Health Safety Environment and Quality Management System of one new firm, or supervise the conformity of the existing HSEQ MS by performing a start up audit and general supervision of HSEQMS. Concerning the domain of environment, I am able: to set up one Environmental Management System (according to ISO 14001) of one project, to establish one Environmental and Social Impact Assessment of a new investment project, to provide an Environment and Social Involuntary Reinstallation Plan, to perform an Environmental and Social follow-up, and to do an environment audit.

1999: Master's Degree on Environment and Ecology at Antananarivo University Madagascar.
