„X 8 Years (3Years in India & 5yrs Gulf) of Hydrocarbon construction experience in executing process piping in petrochemical projects & Pipeline projects.

„X Responsibilities include supervision and approval of construction activities and co-ordinate various aspects of project construction including material inspection, material take off, spool fabrication and erection, mechanical clearance, Hydrotesting, Re-instatement and commissioning of pipelines and maintain related office documents as per audit requirements.

„X Ensure appropriate documentation to be handed over at the completion / delivery of the facilities (e.g. as-built, check list, test records, etc.) to signify completion of the works in accordance to the project requirements.

„X Comprehensive review of all types of drawings and diagram particularly involving piping system like P & ID, GA,Isometric, Pipe support drawings, Piping general plan and equipment layout drawings.

„X Conversant with codes and standards, such as ASME B31.3 (Pressure piping in Petroleum Refinery, chemical and other process plants), ASME B31.4 (Pipeline Transportation System for Liquid Hydrocarbons and other liquids), API 5L (Specification for line pipes).

„X Study contract documents, scope of work, drawings and specifications pertaining to piping, mechanical, structural and pipe support to ensure full understanding of the work to be done prior to job execution.

„X To ensure the construction works are carried out to meet the required project specification, drawing and compliance to the specific ITP/QC procedures and Co-ordinate with associated departments to ensure that work is powerfully planned and executed.

„X To maintain daily progress reports noting special comments. Report to management regarding work anomalies or contractual deviations committed by contractor and recommend appropriate corrective action.

„X To ensure safety standards and procedures are implemented and followed in accordance with contract requirements and company guidelines.

„X Preparation of Technical queries for mismatch in P&ID and isometric drawings, clashes during pipe routing and site deviations.

„X Material handled in my experience Carbon steel, Low Temperature carbon steel, Alloysteel, Stainless-steel, Aluminum, Inconel, Monel, FRP, BONDSTRAND, CPVC and GI Pipes.

„« Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Arulmigu Meenakshi Amman College Of Engineering, Kanchipuram, Affiliated to University of Madras.

„X Successfully led the pigging team in executing PIGGING, DEWATERING and GAUGING of 24¡¨ pipeline, 1.5 km¡¦s - 5 lines ; 20¡¨ pipeline,1.5km¡¦s ¡V 3 lines ; 18¡¨ pipeline ,1.5 km¡¦s - 3 lines ; 10¡¨ pipeline,2km¡¦s - 2 lines ; 6¡¨pipeline,2km¡¦s - 2lines & 4¡¨pipeline,2km¡¦s - 2 lines in a short span of 90 days.

„X Played a vital role as a team leader in HOT TAPPING of 5 new 20¡¨ pipelines using the STOPPLE OPTION METHOD. New lines were tapped from existing pipelines carrying highly flammable products like Naphtha, Benzene, Regular and premium Gasoline& Aviation fuel. Excellent planning and High safety standards were followed in executing the task successfully.

„X Preparation of weld map, Hydro- test loops, Hydro testing scheme, and preparing flushing & leak test procedures.

„X Ensure the proper execution of inspection and test in accordance with the field quality control plan and monitor the adequacy of results.

„X Coordinate with different disciplines for work front and Coordinate with QA / QC for good output without any quality issues.

„X Responsibilities include line checking, punch-list, as-built design and Shop fabrication. Field experience in erection and installation of piping works and equipment.

„X Preparation of HT loops & Test packages, carrying out Mechanical Clearance, Flushing, Hydro testing and box-up.
