Engineer with 27 years experiences on QA/QC inspection in heavy metal industries,
petrochemical plant, power plant, gas plant, on shore and off shore refinery, pressure
vessel, storage tank, structure, piping system, and pipe lines.
Duties ranges but not limited to implementation of quality control plans and issuing of all
QC records as applicable. Issuing non conformance reports when incompliance is found.
Organize and toolbox talk before to start a new phase of relevant discipline activity & to review the specification requirement.
Inspection of isometric, flow diagram drawings, monitor fit-up, welding inspection of under ground and above ground piping. Witnessing hydro test, pneumatic test , steam blowing of piping, conduct mechanical test for procedure and performance qualification test. Prepare quality records and final acceptable documentation.
Keeping a good professional relation ship with client interface for the common good of customer satisfaction.
