Piping Engineer

• Experience in Pipe Routing & Development of Piping General arrangement drawing from P&ID's, area layout, equipment data sheet & plot plan, piping specification, design standards etc.
• Experience in three dimensional (3D) design using Intergraph's Plant Design System (PDS 8.0) and SP3D 2009. This includes 3D design of disciplines such as Piping, Equipment, and supports.
• Experience in design review of Piping & Equipment using Smart Plant Review (SPR 6.1.)
• Ability to coordinate a group of people including planning – Scheduling & Controlling and enhance productivity while executing major projects.
• Experience in preparing detail drawings and mark-up drawings.
SOFTWARE STRENGTH:
 Well conversant with SP3D 2009 modeling of Piping, Support and Equipments module
 Well conversant with PDS (8.0), SPR(6.1), MICROSTATION(7.1)
 Well conversant with MS Office, Internet usage etc.
 SPPID training done for P&ID generation.

 B. Tech in chemical engineering from college of Engineering & Technology, Akola affiliated to Amravati University in July 2004 and secured First class with 62 %.
 Diploma in Chemical engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth institute of Technology, Belapur affiliated to MSBTE-Mumbai in July 2001 and secured First class with 64%.

 Post graduate certificate course in piping engineering from IIT Bombay, Mumbai in 2005.
