Supervisor Operations Control

To lead Operation Control team in delivery safe on-time performance and meet agreed level of service to delivery to airline customers

• Coordinate among QAS Duty Manager and staff, airport agencies, airport authorities and airline customers to ensure smooth operations
• Plan, organize and deploy, in consultation with QAS Duty Manager and QAS Coordination Officer, QAS resources – manpower, equipment and facilities to handle airline customers’ requirements and their flights in the current and next work shift
• Put forth, with confidence, OPS decision directly to QAS Duty Manager and/or QAS coordination Officer when potential solution from QAS duty staff has negative impact on QAS ability to operate effectively and efficiently during shift
• Coordinate, accommodate, when possible, and maintain positive relationship with airline customers, airport agencies, airport authorities and/or external agencies during the work shift
• Attend daily briefing conducted by QAS Duty Manager
• Respond and coordinate with QAS Duty Manager to support activities relating to airport emergency situation(s)
• Report to QAS management on irregular operation(s) or situation(s), in advance when possible, as soon as it arises
• Make recommendation to introduce, modify or withdraw QAS operational policies and procedures to Duty Manager
• Participate in QAS and department activities or events as committee member or participant
