• Prepares over-all SMD monthly report and background sales documentation such as closed account data, commissions, incentives, and market survey and manpower compliment reports on regular need-worthy basis.
• Prioritizes and manages multiple projects simultaneously while following through client issues on tenant revisions, leasing and transfers in a timely manner.
• Responsible for heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, as well as project consultants, to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings.
• • Works closely with the Project Partners (Design & Construction) to coordinate marketing campaign deadlines needed for print & electronic advertising.
