Geologist

I am interested in applying for a job as geologist. I'm looking forward to work as modeller using Petrel or similar reservoir modeling Software, Or in IT Team Working with Geologists.

2005 and till now Working at home for Computer Maintenance and Network installation.
2005-2009 Supervising the Computer lab in Geology Department-Faculty of Science- Suez canal university.
2010-2011 Working in the Egyptian Army as an IT Tech and in Oracle Database.

Bachelor of Science in Geology (June 2009) with very good accumulative Grade, Suez Canal University, Ismailia, Egypt

Graduation Project :

Reservoir Characterization using Spatial Analysis and Modeling,
Explaining the basic spatial analysis theory such as variogram and kriging and how they can be useful in reservoir modeling, Then step by step tutorial on how to build a static reservoir model using Petrel so we can generate a 3D grid cell to apply property modeling on it using spatial analysis techniques.

Project final grade is : Excellent (99/100)

• Certificate in IT and MS Office Package from ITC in Port Said with Excellent grade.
• Hold ICDL (International Computer Driving License) Certificate (June 2010).
• MDP Course in HR and Communication skills (At IMS Centre).

Technical Skills
• Proficient or familiar with a vast array of Geosoftwares such as Petrel(2004-2008),Surpac V.6, Rms, Gocad, Surfer V.8 and Erdas Imagine V9.1.
• Familiar with Building Static Models in Petrel starting from Well Correlation until Property Modeling
• Good Knowledge in Spatial Analysis in relevance to Property modeling using Petrel.

PC Skills
• Familiar with all MS Windows Versions (3.11 – Windows 7).
• Expert in All MS Office package (Word – Excel – PowerPoint – Access – Outlook )
• Familiar with Linux OS and Basic Oracle development.
• Familiar with Many Internet Browsers (IE – Firefox – Opera – Google Chrome)
