Seeking Managerial/Engineering assignment of Sr. level position with a reputed organization engaged in the EPC Industrial OIL & GAS / Power Industry.

March 09 onwards till date
Presently serving as Sr. Consultant to Civil Engineering Department of Kuwait Ministry of Electricity & Water, KUWAIT and Handling various Power Projects and Water Desalination Projects. Thermal & Oil-Gas Combined Cycle Technology Power Generation Projects from 500 MW to 2500 MW & Water Desalination SWRO, MSF, MSD Projects (convert sea water to potable water) in Kuwait. Projects are in the range of $1 billion to $15 billion. We have EPC & BOT contractors like Mitsui, ABB, GE, Hyundai, Doosan, Fisia, and PB. We are executing various international codes on projects like UBC, ASTM, AISC, ACI, ASCE, AWS, BS, API, DIN, ASHRAE etc.
I am handling design supervision of Water Distillation and Power Plant EPC and BOT Projects. Review civil and structural design calculation using ACI, ASTM, AISC, BS, UBC, AASHTO and ASCE Codes. Review and comment on construction and fabrication drawings, material submittals and method statements for project requirements compliance prior to approval. Review Specifications and tender packages of projects prior to bidding. Coordinate with contractors on how to overcome design and construction issues. To shorten procedures review cycle of submittals.

With ABB Ltd., I was responsible for overall planning, coordination and control of all the civil works of 1500 MW, 400 kV/132 kV switchyard (about 30 bays) at Mumbai (Kalyan) and 400 kV D/C Transmission lines (about 800 km) between Mumbai (Kalyan) to Nagpur (Chandrapur).
