• AIR SEPARATION PLANT ( UTILITY DEPARTMENT) :

Plant work : 100 TPD Oxygen Plant , Compressed Air Plant
Job Responsibilities :-
1. Actively involved in the erection commissioning of 100 TPD Liquid Oxygen Plant.
2. Plant handling from Control Room with PLC ,SCADA and pneumatic system.
3. Plant operations efficiency, troubleshooting of plant problems, coordinating maintenance activities and improvement of skills.
4. Co-ordination with 1260 Tpd INOX plant during day to day operation & shut down activities.
5. Co-ordination with suppliers and consumers for uninterrupted supply of gases ( Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon, Plant & Instrument Air)in all Dolvi Complex with required Flow, pressure , quantity & quality.
6. Preparation of Daily SAP reports, daily, weekly & monthly performance and costing reports.
7. Preparation Production planning, Shift Schedule and Leave planning of Department.
Equipment Handled :-
Air distribution columns, Rotatory and static equipments of Air Separation Unit, High Pressure & multi stage Compressors.Absorbers, Turbines, Cryogenic Liquid storage & pumps, High volume Air Compressors for Instrument & plant Air with Capacity of 10,000 M3/Hr Make Ingersoll-Rand by CENTAC
