Utilized expertise and skills in conducting, evaluating and coordinating operation training programs for operators and new executives in order to improve the staff competency in operating the plant facilities to ensure the reliability and efficiency of the plant operation

Post graduate diploma in petroleum exploration from Annamalai university – 2003

Graduation in bachelor of science from Dr. B.R. Ambedkar open university - 1993

• Develop training and learning materials using the most effective approaches, techniques and methods to ensure all operators have the necessary learning materials to complete their assessment timely as per Petronas Competency-Based Assessment System (PECAS) guidelines
• Organize, conduct and evaluate operation training programs for operators and new executives in a timely and cost effective way to develop their capability and expertise
• Assess and verify the performance of the operators in accordance to the Petronas Competency-Based Assessment System (PECAS) guideline and enable them to meet the career progression criteria
• Prepare the learning facilities to support the achievement of learning objectives in accordance with the requirements identified for relevant operators based on the learning plan
• Review the effectiveness of the learning programs for continuous improvement to meet PETRONAS requirements from time to time
• Prepare the training report and track the training progress for each staff to ensure the staff attained their competency level as per plan
• Provide efficient and effective training programs aimed at enabling the operators to learn the knowledge, skills and attitudes required.
• Conduct related briefings to enhance knowledge and attitude in performing
operator tasks and others to promote HSE awareness among staff
