CURRENT EXPERIENCE:

I am working with Reliance Communications Ltd since 24/07/2009 as an O&M Support engineer in TELECOM FIELD.


Responsibilities include:

Operation and maintainance of equipments outside plant such as optical fibre cable which are part of tele network &Powper generator,UPS,PAC,LT&HT Panel
Handling equipment installation,commissioning,and provissioning of services
Support for day-to-day activities,and maintenance
Installation,operation&maintainance of NORTEL Equipments TN1C,OME6110
and resolve software related problems.
Carrying out field Acceptance Test Of Optical transmission network elements,microwave links
Taking planned outages for maintainance of the network so as to keep the service outages to customer services to the minimum
Carrying out fiber planning and Rout Survey for BTS
Crrying out FIBRE SPLICING at splicing man hole,FDF,SH
OTDR,POWER METER handling for trace out Fibre lose or fiber related faults
Installation and Configuration of OMES Transport equipments
Carrying out site preperations,mobilization of contractors for carrying out installation activities
Interacting with contractors and lead them to maintain the standard of installation works and ensure that the targets will be met
