An electronic and automatic control engineer ( 4 years experience in oilfield)

Seeking a challenging career by which my analytical, practical control and personal skills can be applied and further developed and by which I can contribute to the company.

 Under training for 6 months in (TOSHIBA EL ARABY) AS MY GRADUATION PROJECT TO BE FIXED THERE.

 ( 11/2006 - 03/2007 )I worked for (CGG VERITAS Compagnie Generale de Geophysique) company for scouting and searching for the oil in the desert. AS A SAFETY ENGINEER belongs to the department of (QHSSE) QUALITY, HEALTH, SAFETY, Security and ENVIRONMENT.

1- CGG company is to search for oil or scouting in desert by putting wires and gevonates (type of camera) and then vibrate the ground by each three vibrators in the same time, take the pictures through cables (optical cable) to LABO (laboratory) and then to QC (quality control) department to analyze the product and then send it to the management in Cairo or France or to the client (APACHE, DOVER, SHELL,........) TO whom the scouting is done.

 ( 04/2007 - 08/2008 )I worked for BURAGAN WELL DRILLING COMPANY (BWD COMPANY) in Kuwait as AN INSTRUMENTATION AND AUTOMATIC CONTROL ENGINEER (Instrumentation Department).

1) Maintain and repair the RIG SENSE SYSTEM which is deals with all parameters of the drilling process such as depth and weight (Martin Dicker gauge), pressure of the pumps, stroke counter SPM (the number of the Strokes Per Minute of the mud pump), rotary gauge (the revolution per minute), mud system, gases detector system and the intercom system.

2) Repair and maintenance The KOOMY UNIT and The Blowout Preventer (BOP) system. This system acts as safety equipment that prevents the explosion during the drilling process if there is a sudden blowout.



 ( 09/2008 - Till now )NOW I am working for SEENOPEX Oil & Gas Company as a night chief electrician (TOUR RIG ELECTRICIAN) (Tender in Syria).

1) The main responsibility of this position is to do the chief jobs at the night shift.

2) The responsibilities of this position are to troubleshooting and maintenance all the Rig electricity problems including motors, pumps, engines, SCR, top drive, agitators of the mud system, lights, and the rig sense system which is responsible of monitoring and saving all drilling parameters during the drilling process.

1998-2001 Secondary school, with certificate result (95.39%)

2001-2006 B.Sc. of industrial electronics and control
engineering from the faculty of electronic
engineering, Menof, Menofia University.

• OSHA industrial safety course and training.
• Hydrocarbon or other chemical spillage.
• Medevac procedure (in case of human accident).
• Man lost procedure (in case of human losing).
• QHSE policy (which means that the QHSE dep. has all power to control and check all other departments. and reporting the party chief of the crew ( manager of the location ) who is having a direct line of access to the Country Manager (the project manager).

• Downloading the information of black box, faucon and GPS.
• Fire fighting training.
• Fixing and maintenance the smoke detectors and emergency lights.

I have an Egyptian license, and the new Kuwait license which is for all gulf countries.
