Main experience in the cement field, new plants, revamping and upgrading projects, as responsible for:
• Design of the engineering such as sequence and layer flow sheet, general and detailed Function Analysis, Design of function blocks and dynamic objects especially with FLS standard.
• Programming, commissioning, startup.
• Technical assistance.

Projects:

1. Altakamol Cement Plant – Sudan:
‘Schnider-Modicon PLC & ECS V7.7’
• Design of flow sheets, interlocking diagram and system configuration.
• Programming of PLC using Unity Pro software.
• Designing of the HMI (Mimics) using ECS V7.7.
• Commissioning, start-up and troubleshooting of the system.



2. Mas Jordon cement plant – Sudan
'Alestom PLC – Alispa system'
1. Design of flow sheets, interlocking diagram and system configuration.
2. Programming of PLC using CAD soft in Alispa.
3. Designing of the HMI (Memics) using pve in Alispa.
4. Commissioning of the system.

3. Assiut CEMEX cement factory–Egypt
‘Schnider- PLC &Pro Face touch screen ’
• Design of flow sheets, interlocking diagram and system configuration.
• Programming of PLC using Concept software.
• Designing of the HMI (Mimics) using Pro Face Touch Screen.
