1. 54 floor 7 star hotels
2. 53 floor offices and apartment
3. 4 floor podium
4. 6 floor +pool plaza car parking building

Position:
• Electrical project Engineer.
Responsibilities

• Reviews look ahead schedule provided by planning for forth coming weeks.
• Prepare load distribution schedule.
• Shop drawing as per DEWA regulation.

• Supervise and site monitoring of all electrical system.
• Man power controlling and following
• Good knowledge in design and Submit shop drawing & material to all authority (HV, LV, Fire Alarm, Structured Cabling, car parking management system, Guest Room Control, Lightning Protection, Earthing System, Programmable Lighting control System, BMS )

• Works and arrange the require resources.
• Coordinate with Consultant / Main contractor for any foreseen inspection and get clearance from them.
• Coordinate with team members and management.
• Quantity takes off for all electrical systems.
• Evaluate officially received notice of variation in order to recommend appropriate action and determine changes in fittings and/or specifications affected.
•
• Following for all reports- dially, weekly, monthly.
