„« Right now, I am a Graduate Apprenticeship Trainee at TCC Limited, Eloor. Here I am working as Acting Process Engineer. This learning opportunity gave me the exposure to DCS and other control room operations, while running two electrochemical process plants designed by UHDE of 25 TPD capacities each.
„« As part of my MBA programme, I did a project in SDO, ITD Marketing Division, ITC Limited, Bangalore. The topic under study was a study on the HR processes in ITD Marketing division, to streamline the same. The major objective of my study was to suggest for improvements in HR processes, with a special focus on saving the time taken.
„« During MBA, I did an organization study coupled with a study on the perception of painters in rural and urban areas of India towards various paint brands at the sales office of Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd., Cochin. The work was a marketing project including market study and research. The data analysis of the research was using SPSS software.
„« During B.Tech., I completed an In-plant training for ten days at Travancore Cochin Chemicals, Eloor. They produce NaOH, Hydrochloric acid, liquid Chlorine, Sodium hypochlorite etc. Here, I got a practical exposure to the production processes of the same.
„« As final project of B.Tech., I designed a mobile unit for the in-situ generation of ClO2 using R2 process. ClO2 is a chemical which has got wide applications in water treatment plants and paper industries.
