• Experience in modification of pipe nozzles on existing pressure vessels vessel & PWHT.

• Working knowledge of Turnaround/Shutdown work in refinery piping & vessels.
• Conducting departmental review meetings, tracking of departmental and individual capabilities, checking adequacies of procedures, resources and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Been involved in Detail Engineering, as-built drawings, site routing of Plant piping.
• Experience in maintaining good HSE practices as per client requirements with LTI ALAP.
• Exposure to Heat & Steam tracing, Insulation of Equipment & pipes, corrosion protection of pipes.
• Knowledge of working in Plants from Wellhead to Manifolds, Gathering Stations, Mainline Pumps,
Sectioning Valve Stations, Tank Farms, Electrical Substations,Control Rooms, Pipe Racks, Fire Water Systems, Desalination, Demineralization & Water/Waste Water Units.
• Construction, Commissioning and Handover of DM Water and Effluent treatment plants.
• Co-ordination & leading the teams in identifying backlog areas of scheduled activities, planning and executing remedial actions for improvement of Project progress.
