• Air Blowing , Leak Testing , Air Freeing based on the system requirements
• High Pressure Leak Test for high pressure lines (Sour Gas Lines) based on the client requirements & to proceed the high pressure leak test with Third party (HALIBURTON)
• Following all the safety requirements of client , Venture safety procedures & Halliburton
• Line checking ,Punch Monitoring & Follow up with the contractors for clearing those Punches.
• Coordination with the Company (RasGas) to clear the company punches.
• Controlling the Bolt Torqueing activities includes Speed up the Torqueing progress at site.
• Co-ordination with the subcontractor for the smooth flow of torque activity as and when required.
• Inspection of Manual Torqueing Flanges.
• CTJV PTW signatory and Strictly follow up the venture safety procedures at site.
• Interaction between Sub-contractor and CTJV QC and RasGas for Machine Torqueing flanges.
• Identifying the before test torque requirement for Test packs and monitoring the same for Test pack clearance.
• Map system wise clearance for Torqueing completion after PMC activities.
• Updating the daily, weekly progress and maintaining the documentation for torque control.
• The scope of the work completed in Train-6, 7 & AKG-2 is around 8500 Flanges
• Site supervision and coordination with the sub contractor for smooth work flow.
• Weekly Planning, Scheduling and discuss with Contractor and Sub-contractor.
• Material Follow up, Planning and Documentation.
• Monitoring the Fabrication & Erection of spools as per the schedule.
• Fit up clearance and Welding Activities as per ISO Drawing.
• Carryout the Pressure Testing activities after Loop clearance.
• Follow up and Maintaining the Company HSE procedures in site.
• Having knowledge in welding processes and ASME B31.3, B 31.1.
• Planning the resources for Scheduled plant maintenance of offsite, Zone-IV.
• Supervising the pipe line fabrication & erection activities.
• Carryout the emergency maintenance requirement of the company.
• Inspection of Pipelines and other maintenance activities.
