: 8 Years in Onshore and Offshore the field of Instrument Maintenance, commissioning & planning work at various fields such as OIL& GAS, POWER, LNG TRAIN etc.

• Having good knowledge of plant safety rules & regulations.
• Plan the work orders as per available man power and material
• Plan work for the week in coordination with foreman.
• Create Purchase Requisition (PR) for non stock items
• Receive materials from Warehouse for maintenance team as well as for PM team and store it in the shelf provided for a particular area or hand it over to the foreman
• Send requests with necessary details to “Materials Master Data Coordinator” to create new Item number
• Update schedule date in work order task level to replicate the same in the upcoming weekly Schedule
• Good knowledge about Permit to work systems (PWS) and several kinds of permits like Cold work permit, Hot work permit, Limited Space Entry permits.
• Familiarity about several kind of Perilous involved in work area and essential safety measure to be done for the safe work.
• Skilled in PLC, DCS, ESD Plant Automation Control System.
• Capacity to do job alone by following Safety rules & regulations.
• Good Experience in the Plant Maintenance and Commissions.
• Well-known with the Plant Running, Predictive, Preventive, Breakdown and Corrective Maintenance.
• Experienced in the Burner Management Systems (BMS).
• Specialist in Installation & Calibration of different types of the Modern Smart Electronics & Pneumatic instrument.
• Effective knowledge of the Lock out Tag out Processes.
• Sound skills of all kind of Rotating Equipments Maintenance, Gas Turbines, Compressors etc.
• Operational knowledge in a Turbo-tronic Turbine Control System.
• Commissioning Bently Nevada Vibration Monitor system.
• Able to do a job independently.
• Skilled to read Engineering Drawings, Loop Diagrams, P&ID Drawings, Logic Diagram & Hook up drawings also.
• Skilled in Computer Operations.
• Calibration as per QC requirement & data sheets of P&ID diagram.
• Visual inspection of field instrument carried out with the help of data sheets and drawing calibration of various types of field instruments such as transmitter, control valve, I/P converter, switches, flow and temperature element and gauges.
