• Handling all Sales Promotion Activities in the Region
Task requires tie ups with Advertising majors as well as coordination with the team members at different locations to successfully carry out the activity in the region. Negotiations with the advertising majors based on their reply to tenders sent by us for the activities concerned.
• Handling Lube Inventory in the Operational Locations
Task requires monthly forecasting of the Lubricants required at the Petrol Pumps all over the region. Minimization of excess inventory at the end of the month to avoid inventory losses. Co ordination with team members to forecast the sales of the Lubricants at over 300 locations.

• Handling all Fuel Loyalty Programs for the Region
Work requires tie ups with major brands interested in participating in the Loyalty Program of HPCL. Generating monthly MIS of Loyalty Redemptions to the users of the Loyalty program & monitoring the push in fuel sales due to Loyalty program.
• Meeting targets of Non fuel Income every Quarter
• Regular meets with High end customers of Industry to tap their large requirements
• Delegation of Duties to the support staff for smooth operations in the region.
WORKED IN HPCL FOR ALMOST 3 YEARS. HANDLED ALL MARKETING RELATED ACTIVITIES FROM CAMPAIGNS TO TRANSPORTER MEETS. HANDLED OVER 350 GAS STATIONS FOR LUBE DISTRIBUTION & OTHER LOYALTY RELATED ACTIVITIES. MANAGED A LOYALTY PROGRAMME FOR THE FULL REGION WHEREIN THE LAUNCHING OF THE LOYALTY PROGRAM AT ALL THE LOCATIONS WAS COORDINATED.
