A- PROJECT MANAGEMENT:-
- Project Management of multiple projects. The role involved the management of project scope, time, cost and quality, with emphasis on planning, executing, monitoring & controlling, and project closing.
- Creating, Maintain and enhance relationships, communication and customer needs & satisfaction.
- Administer change management procedure based on the changing project demands and client satisfaction.
- Communicate with client and management for their needs and expectations.
- Evaluation of tender proposal. Obtaining employer agreement to the tender offer. Completion of the BOQ’s.
- Confirmation of proposal compliance to specifications. Price Offer comparison / evaluation.
- The evaluation and approval of proposed Sub-Contractors, Contract administration, handing over of works, obtaining Client approval on completion certificates, review contractor statement at completion.
- Management of employer’s portfolio with prospective clients.
- Presentation and negotiation of offers and proposals, good knowledge of FIDIC and the local regulation through negotiation of the contract agreements over all terms and conditions.
- Supplier delivery and payment negotiations. Attending project meetings
B- PROJECT PLANNING REVIEW/DEVELOPMENT:-
- Create/Monitor/Review and approval of WBS, relations, resources, Baseline program of works, obtaining approvals on change / variation reports and Recovery for the Updating Program to recover any Delay / Revised Program /Claims, Variation Orders & Time extension.
- Loading/Tracing of Resources & progress payments then updating all statistics Actual vs. Planned.
- Following up & Monitoring of Duties & Tasks of the Engineer / Main contractor as per Schedule & Scope of Work. Review and approval of progress payment, handing over of works.
- Developing/Updating/Review of weekly/Bi weekly& monthly progress reports, T7 Reports, Schedule of Value for monthly Payments, E1 Log & E2 Log.
