Professional Experience Operation:-

•The most ethical theory in operation is to do routine survey of the condition of the plant parameters to minimize the plant downtime thereby achieving maximum production at Optimum Production cost.
•Experienced in working with DCS, PLC systems.
•Operated wide variety of plants ranging from Air Seperation Unit (ASU), Low medium pressure liquefier (LMPL), Hydrogen plant (Cell process), Nitration plant, Vacuum Distillation plant, Crystallization plant, Aminitation plant, Hydrogenation plant & Hydrogen bottling plant.
•In addition to that, a vast experience was acquired in utility systems such as Lube Oil Cooler (Heat Exchanger), Pump (Centrifugal, Reciprocating & Cryogenic), DM Plant, Reverse Osmosis Plant etc.
•Instrumentation Activities like Calibration of the Analyzers were done.
•Oxygen, Nitrogen and Hydrogen gases filling operations were supervised.
•Cryogenic fluids and hydrogen were handled; truck loading and unloading, sampling, analyzing etc were done.
• Practically experienced in supplying hazardous packaged gases like silane (phyrophoric) and ethylene to the customer.
• Customer Support was done in case of Technical issues.

Maintenance:-

• Practically experienced in wide variety of maintenance works involved in different kinds of plants; Maintenance involves both chemical & mechanical equipments which was mentioned above.
• Plant Start-up, Shut down and Maintenance activities were carried out whenever needed. Online troubleshooting was done to improve the plant performance and reduce the downtime.
• Operation and Maintenance of silane and ethylene gas cabinet were done.

Analysis:-

•Computer controlled laboratory apparatus and instruments such as gas chromatographs, potentiometers, spectrophotometers, chromatographs automatic distillation, density meter, Ph and conductivity meters, automatic and manual viscosity meters and infrared analyzers were utilized for the analysis of the Process Chemicals.
• Analysis of Raw Material was done.
• Sample Analysis of Process Chemicals was done.
• Final product analysis was done.
• Water Analysis for feed water, blow down water & Process water were done.
Documentation:-

•Daily, Monthly Production report was made and documented.
•Audit Documents, Maintenance documents and Calibrations documents were made.

Education

• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Chemistry from Bharathidasan University -1992
• Diploma in Chemical Process & Instrumentation Control from Annamalai university-1996
Training
•

Hazardous work permit ,Lockout Tagout ,and Non-Permit required Confined space- Given By Praxair
• Basic First Aid, CPR –Given By Dubai Heart center-( Arabian gas company)
