Handling 5nos Reciprocating Compressors, Pressure Reducing & Metering Station, Water Treatment plant.
?Fleet Management of 40 nos Tube trailers & skids carrying CNG at a Pressure up to 250 Bar.
?Responsible for operations of CNG daughter station & resolving issues related with CNG supplies with various customers.
?Handling all customers’ station operations.Coordination with various stake holders of organization like Project Dept, Finance Dept & Procurement Dept for day to day operations.
?Coordination with Shell Nigeria Gas Ltd (Source gas supplier).
?Handled Fixed Bed Reactor and Regenerator
?Controlled Fractional, Azeotropic and Vacuum Distillation
?Handled Scrubbing System [Packed bed], Continuous liquid-liquid extraction and Absorption System.
?Handled fluidized catalyst bed Reactor and Regenerator
?Controlled the continuous distillation with high pressure
?Reciprocating and centrifugal pumps and compressors
?Pre-commissioning/Commissioning of Urea Plant and waste water system.
?Hands-on experience with Urea Plant Operations activities of start-up, normal operation and shut-down.
? Experience of running:-
1: Co2 Reciprocating Compressor
2: JSW Ammonia Injector Pump
3: Centrifugal Carbamate Feed Pump(EBARA)
4: Plug flow reactor, Heat exchangers,high pressure vessels.
