PACKAGING AUDITOR

• As System owner of Polypropylene Plant, Polycarbonate Plant, HDPE Plant, LDPE Plant and PBA Plant for Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning/Start-up (CSU) at Product Handling Department during project activity:

 Creating of CSU activity list, Detail activity List, Work Execution Flow Scheme (WEFS), system definition, Test Plan and Function test of equipment.

 Supervision and Carry out for Punching Check List and Closed Punch Clearances for Building Office, Silo Structures, Product Silos, Bagging Machine, Palletizer Machine, Vacuum system, Washing system and Instrument Air Compressor.

 Supervision and Whiteness for Loop test/Check of for Manual valve, On/Off valve (XV), LIT, PCV, LSLL, LSL, LSH, LSHH, FIT, PIT, Stream balance unit, Washing unit, Vacuum unit, FIBC, Bagging & Palletizer, Sprinkler system, Co2 system, Bulk Tanker and Belt Thrower on DCS.

 Supervision for Air Blowing of instrument air Pipe line.

 Supervision for Water flushing of Fire Water Pipe Line and Portable Water Pipe line.

 Supervision of Functional test of Elutriator & Silos system:
a. Target selection silos must be selected from DCS and the field
b. Service water valve at selected target silos
c. Rotary feeder running with interlock system working
d. Diverter valve four ways running with interlock system.
e. Diverter valve running with interlock working
f. Blower running with interlock working ( Rotary Feeder, Diverter, Blower).
g. Slide Valve running with interlock system.

 Supervision of Fire & Gas Functional Test for Product Handling Warehouse ( HDPE/PP/PE Packaging Office, LDPE/PC/PBA Packaging Office, Local Maintenance Workshop, Warehouse Logistic Office, Electrical Room-1&2, Driver Rest Room-1&2, Liner Preparation Room, Weighbridge Office, Warehouse, Sub-Station 37 & 37A, Compressor Shelter, PP Silos Area &LPG Shelter) with IPS (Invensys Process Systems) Vendor.

 CO2 Extinguishing System
 Beam Type Smoke Detector Operated
 Pressure Switch High @ 2 barg Rising (Sprinkler System).

 Supervision of Functional Test & Logic Test with W&H and BEUMER Vendor for Product Silos Docking, Stream Balance unit, Bagging Machine-TOPAS ( W&H), Palletizer (BEUMER), FIBC (Big Bag Machine –EMDE) from DCS to Field.
