Main Responsibilities
Participate in Clients meetings; Aramco, Saipem, Pool Arabia, etc. .
Travel to location to provide supervision on jobs.
Ensure jobs are scheduled within the constraints of available headcount and equipment, equitably assigned crews, contracting for special equipment when required and otherwise assuring the availability of resources to fulfill the customer requests.
Maintain personal contact with customers to promote Company products and services. Work with Business Development staff to prepare and submit proposals to gain new business.
Assure the cleanliness and state of repair of service equipment.
Inform and/or audit reports for the Area Manager and appropriate offices of labor and equipment usage and requirements, general expenses incurred and field services provided.
Recruit, test and make accommodations for hiring new employees, monitor the training of employees in safety and job proficiency.
Provide input to the Area Manager regarding performance, career development and training needs of operations personnel.

Main Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the jobs from the moment we receive the call to the moment the equipment is back loaded. Also used to make regular visits to the field for client’s feedback or when there is any operational problem what, in our establishment’s terms, basically aims at the enhance and improvement of our endeavor and services.

I have spent over ten years working in the tubular services with high-end companies including Sapesco, Frank’s Saudi Arabia & Al Masaood Saudi Arabia, where I proved myself to be excellent at operations handling and planning, and also proved myself to have excellent communication skills with Aramco representatives. I used to be first-rate in solving problems on rig site. I also have good connections in the KSA, such as the other casing companies, vendors, vehicles lease companies, workshops, etc.
I have advanced Microsoft Office skills and have used these to help produce the operation’s daily & weekly reports.
