WORKING EXPERIENCE:

From April/ 2005 to till now @ Greater Nile Petroleum Operating Company (GNPOC) as Production Operator;

GNPOC is a Sudan government owned Petroleum Company which exploring, producing, transporting & distributing crude oil & oil compounds.

Responsibilities:
Operation –lined up –Isolation- commissioning-troubleshooting-Diagnose problem-cleaning & draining – all routine checks for:
4 Pumps (Transfer, recycle, skim pumps & feed pumps) (centrifugal pump & screw pumps,etc);
5 Start & stop Engine & sharing Electric Generators;
6 Metering from FPF to CPF
7 Heating Medium
8 Utility systems (Heating Medium(heater treaters & heat exchangers) - fire fighting system /water/foams, air compressors system, water system, drain tank (closed &open drain)-recovery system-skimmed system-station control system, unit control panel, main control, uninterruptible power supply (UPS) & fuel distribution system /crude/diesel;
9 Shut down management.
10 Shut down procedure.
11 Isolation procedure of equipments.
12 Evening highlights report.
13 Morning highlights report.
14 Making the following reports:-
-Daily Report including (field chemical information, plant log sheet, ponds oil, production monitoring, wells test, wells down time, air compressors information).
- Abnormal report and field view program.
- Fire Drill & Safety meeting report.
- Shut down report.
- EDG test report.
- Monthly HSE KPI report.
- Near miss & Incident report.
- SIIR (Supervisory Incident Investigation report)
