Duties and Responsibilities
„« Conducts, material inspection, visual inspection, dimensional inspection on pipe racks, piping spools and repair activities on board ship, Flushing inspection, Hydro test inspection and Drying (Dew point) inspection.
„« Monitoring of fit up and welding activities at fabrication shop and field erection on board ship.
„« Witness NDT Testing (MPT, PT, UT And TOFD) And film interpretation.
„« Witness the PWHT & PMI. And review the results.
„« Site Coordination between subcontractors QC Personnel.
„« Perform the Line walk inspection, reinstatement inspection and generate the punch list & close-out by reline walk inspection.
„« Review the test packs and Project Final dossier.
„« Performs other inspection and related function for ship conversion FPSO frade (Floating production storage and offloading unit), MOPU STOR (Mobile offshore production unit & storage), and FSRU (Floating storage Regascification unit) Livorno (Toscana).
