Job Responsibilities
•Working with the Marketing Manager to provide leadership and management of the submission process-Includes strategic review of all bid materials, development of high levels summaries and key action plans to ensure the bid process is coordinated, accurate and timely.
•Liaising with Directors and senior staff to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and involved in the bid process.
•Assisting in the collation / development of company information required to support business enquires and project submissions. Eg: press clippings, web research
•Assisting in the preparation of other marketing material or tactics necessary to support the business.
-Data management
•Working with the team to ensure the accurate capture of data into the marketing database
•Assisting with the development of customer relationship strategies to maintain client awareness and knowledge of RMJM
-Development of marketing materials
•Helping develop a range of written material including brochure copy, project profiles and intranet articles.
•Working with printers / designers to develop material according to style guidelines.
-Internal communications and marketing
•Helping to develop the internal communication and marketing plan including events and awards.
-General
•Actively contribute to day-to-day working activities of the Marketing Department by ensuring quick response times to activities.
•Managing internal and external communications and prepare activity and progress reports to support the management tasks
•Supporting the marketing team members and helping in all marketing activities including exhibitions, seminars and events
•Managing and maintain detailed records and marketing materials to ensure continuous availability
•Arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials to help achieve marketing objectives
