SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITY

Work as a part of project team, progress monitoring, test package controller, review and certify subcontractor measurements, rates, payment application, responsibility matrices, pricing preambles, method of measurements and review document subcontract agreement. Maintain technical and cost records and thereby assist in construction management. Assure that all operation contracts on completion are issued with a completion certificate approved by the company and contractor representative. Responsible for maintain work invoicing system on its data correctness and documentation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assigned and work under by Construction Team, Contracts, Commercial, Planning and Project Control Department, in-charge in daily work activities.
? Preparation of Bill of Quantities / MTO from drawing & specifications. Develop method of measurements suitable to the job requirements.
? Maintain record and track BOQ measurements (Bill of Quantities)/ MTO (Material Take Off) according to approved drawings especially (CWO) change works order.
? To measure, calculate and describe quantities and liaise with other project team members as required to review the schedule of contracts term and condition, agreement.
? Valuing completed work record for all quantities and arranging payments for each type of contract.
? Support and provide input at tender stage for prices and rates (lump sum or in unit rates).
? Analyze the rates submitted by the subcontractors and implication from the execution point of view. Verify subcontractors’ interim final payment application in coordination with the site discipline engineer present them for the further approval of the construction manager.
? Responsible for the field tracker in construction planning (PROM) progress monitoring, control and administration for Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Telecom.
