QA/QC Engineer

•Develop and maintain the quality standards and systems applicable for the onsite construc-tion works and ensuring their implementation.
•Generation and Preparation of Inspection test Plan/Procedure/Method Statements for Pip-ing & Equipment (Static and rotary), NDT and Painting.
•Installation and Maintenance of Stationary and Rotary Equipment.
•Documentation preparation and witness of WPS/PQR/WQT & NDT.
•Welding & Installation of piping.
•Quality consciousness.
•Efficient control over documentation.
•Documentation and Dossier preparation.
•Analytical thinking and ability to work under pressure and to tight schedules, while appreci-ating time constraints in the work environment.
•Ability to work independently without supervision, with a flexible approach to handle a changing environment.
• Ability to continually improve the systems by reducing the wastes through implementing the latest tools like kaizen, 5S and quality circle.
•Excellent ability to optimize the systems through proper utilization of resources and better coordination of the operational activities.
•Acquire the latest skills to identifying, reduce and resolve the failures by using quality and management tools.
•Excellent management skills and target oriented approach.
•Leadership strength.
•Proactive people management and team building.
•Effective conflict and negotiation management with strong decision making.
•Flexible of working with peoples from different ethnic background and organisational levels.
•Efficient analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to implement the Quality Control and Quality Assurance using the following Interna-tional Code.

•For Piping , including Welding and NDE Requirements:

 ASME B31.1, ASME 31.3, API 1104, API 570.

•For Equipment

 API 510 & API 686, API 572.

•For Welder Qualifications:

 ASME Sec IX, API 1104 , and AWS D1.1

•For Materials and Electrodes:

 ASME Section II-A, B, C and D, and ASME Sec IX.

•NDE Procedure and NDE Standard Practices

 ASME Sec V
