Preparing of hand over documentation as per RoK Standards and Codes (all acts)
Acts review and preparation (such acts as Hidden work on painting and insulation, pipe lowering, pipeline testing etc)
Review and preparation of logs (general and special)
Determines the sequence of work with documents.
Provides acceptance, registration of documents and takes them on the books, and stocks
Checking of certificates as per as per RoK Standards and Codes
Coordinate of acts preparations of subcontractors
To apply to competent authority for consultation on a matter of book keeping, arranging of their stock and office work
To acknowledge with the management project decision in relation to the activity
Providing fixed order of work with documents in the company
Compiling of documentation for dossier completion
Position : Risk Management Analyst
Main Accountabilitie
Support PHA Specialists with document control and filing of records
Perform tracking of PHA study recommendations completion with plant and project personnel. Manage TCO’s Risk Reduction Plan (keep updated, routine progress reports, etc.).Track IHAZID, HAZOP, What if studies to completion and recommendations closure.Develop and maintain periodic reports for RM Process Advisor and TCO Management.As an analyst assist in the implementation of TCO’s electronic RM database
Scribe during PHA’s (What if, HASOP studies) when needed to meet customer needs.
Arrange meetings and conference calls as needed
